Primary
Responsibilities:


  • Monitors daily operations of Team to ensure processes as well as supervises the execution of daily tasks.
  • Recruits, interviews, and on-boards employees.
  • Trains, supervises, and holds employees accountable through coaching, constructive criticism, assessing, and disciplinary action.
  • Creates and manages work schedules of Team, including but not limited to approving or denying requests for time off from work, Paid Time Off in Paylocity, etc.
  • Optimizes performance of Team through training, supervision, delegation of duties, establishing clearly defined responsibilities and performance expectations while assuring full compliance with all policies and procedures.
  • Establishes/develops daily monitoring system for tracking client transaction activity, catalogues risk or loss situations when those occur, and creates a notification process to maintain management awareness.
  • Performs job duties and responsibilities of a Teller - Universal Banker as needed.
  • Travels between branches as needed.
  • Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned and requested by management.

Required:


  • Associate Degree or equivalent experience
  • 1-3 years of banking experience including supervision of bank personnel
  • Strong Leadership and Supervision Skills

  • Communication Proficiency
  • Performance of all job duties and responsibilities by being physically present at the Bank an average of 40 hours each week based on business needs
  • Reliable transportation, a valid Driver License, and proof of vehicle insurance for travel to and from Bank branches and occasional seminars and/or training

$11.35 - $20.69Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
